| This role is responsible for configuration and implementation of ServiceNow, which further includes both support and maintenance activities. He/She will be an individual contributor with the ability to interact with a global team of functional leaders, business partners, technical experts and articulate how to best integrate SAP technologies to deliver superior business impact. |

| • 6 plus years’ experience in technical solution design and implementation. • Proven management/influencing abilities. • Experience with creating ROI/value propositions for customer software implementations. • Knowledge of IT and Enterprise Service Management is critical. • Expertise and experience with ServiceNow or an equivalent ITSM toolset are essential. • ServiceNow experience in the areas of ITSM, ITBM, ITOM, CSM or HR products are highly desirable. • Load, manipulate, and maintain data between ServiceNow and other systems. • Deployment of features and any ServiceNow releases – Conducting Instances Upgrades• Creation of Glide Record object, Business Rules, UI actions, custom related list, ACL s • Creation of Script based UI Policy and Client Script. Glide Ajax, Glide Form (g_form), Glide User (g_user), Glide Record, Glide System, Glide • ServiceNow Certifications: CSA, CAD, CIS-ITSM or CIS-CSM are a must-have• ServiceNow Certifications in all areas are highly desirable. • Experience in multiple application architectures and supporting technologies. |
